Hey everybody. As for RSO beats, is there a way to accurately find out what the beat is around your home?

http://www.crimereports.com shows the reporting districts and RSO station boundaries.

Type in your address, and when the map comes up, click on the Area drop-down to select the district/station map

That may or may not help you out...

Yep Crime Reports is the way to go.
Here is a full map saved as .jpg if you want
http://www.scanriverside.com/images/map ... tation.jpg
Go to their website and you can get the full Google Map and zoom in and pan around for better details.

Brandon:

Awesome! I just looked at the Maps directory on the site and found all the stations. Cool!

(I could really use that here at work, since I seem to be the only dispatcher who knows that Woodcrest is handled by the Perris station. It's pretty bad when a driver manager tries to chastise you for sending a driver to a call that's outside of his area--when it isn't. I've been here 8 years, He's been here longer. )

<edited to delete the request for the Awesome Brandon--who's site is way better than the one I used to run--to add the other stations, since he already did! :D >

@Brandon: I'm sorry. Who's site can you go to to zoom in? Google or Riverside Co Sheriff's?

But it looks like the site changed, so I am not sure how to display the beats now.
