Howdy,
Where on the 215 and 15 does the CHP divide between Temecula and Riverside Dispatch.

The Riverside office's entire southern border is State Route 74, stretching from the Orange County line to somewhere east of I-215. Riverside handles everything north of, and I believe Temecula handles everything on SR-74 and south of.
One of these days I may be able to give you a more definite answer...

the south border is the entire highway 74

beat car #37 covers I 15 Temescal to SR 74<central ave>
beat car # 45 covers the Cajalco road
beat car #40 covers I 215 Alesandro to Ramona exp
beat car # 41 covers I 215 Ramona to 4 th st. in Peris
beat car # 43 covers Ramona exp to 1.2 miles east of Bridge street
