154.740 Murrieta Fire

The other day I heard traffic on 154.740 146.2 w/ Radio Service tests. Since it was new to me I wrote the freq down into my notes for further monitoring. Today I plugged this in and logged activity from FireCom, Engine 3 and Battalion 1. The freq is being referred to as "East" and is repeated.

I also heard reference to a "West" channel (probably 154.040 or other existing freq).
