VIP escort in Riverside?

Just saw (at 0751) a motorcade of two RPD motor cops, several plain wraps, an all-black shuttle bus with completely blacked out windows, a marked slick top RPD unit and a CHP unit bringing up the rear. They were going E/B on Cridge, the S/B on Victoria. Checked the Press-Enquirer but no mention of celebrities visiting. Nothing heard on the scanner so far. Any ideas?

They could have been transporting some prisoners. If they had a shuttle van that could have been it.

I'm familiar with inmate transportation vehicles, this bus was the pimped out luxury kind. Maybe Schwarzenegger looking for some trim on the East Side?

Not sure if it's related CHP doing an escort to the cemetery on V B along with RPD motor units.
