460.275 from Temecula area

Can somebody in the Temecula/Murrieta area monitor 460.275 131.8 PL and see who is using that freq? It's licensed to Riverside County. Thanks.

That used to be the frequency for the old Riverside General Hospital jail ward and facility security. I have heard, but not confirmed, that the 460 mhz frequencies licensed to RivCo are currently in use at Juvenile Hall and ETS. Are there any facilities like that in Temecula, I ain't from around there so I don't know, I know the HT's at Juvie in Riverside seem to be UHF by the size of their antenna, but I was there on business and didn't have a scanner to whip out.
