I've been wondering why I haven't heard anything on this freq (48.02) for a long time. I use my PRO-97 w/ PL settings for 99% of my scanning. Happened to have the old PRO-2004 on today (no PL) and was hearing traffic here. Finally did a PL search on the PRO-97 and found they've changed the PL from 123.0 to 151.4.

I haven't heard anything on 45.28 for awhile either, I'll have to check the Pl on that tomorow.

Confirmed: 45.28 Riveside City LG (water dept) now using PL151.4 (was previously 123.0).

I kinda think using PL tones in Sewercide is worthless, there are not many nearby places using these freqs. Not like when OC was using 460 mhz for their SO
