Beaumont Water Utility?

Monitored 47.72 (PL162.2) today. A base IDing as "base" was advising a unit to turn off the water at an address on Magnolia. I copied down a few more address and discovered they're all in Beaumont.

Can anyone confirm that this is the water utility that serves Beaumont?
