Does anyone know if the frequency 158.85 with PL 110.9 is still in use? I don't see it listed here so it might not be in use anymore.

It is still programmed into the radios, but I haven't heard it used in years.

I think it's supposed to be a mutual aid link for other police forces such as Orange SO.

It was/is and from what I recall, it's mainly so that RSO can use it to patch to and CPD (and others) can communicate with them.
OC Access is used to communicate with OCSD/Anaheim PD.
