In case anyone was wondering about the traffic lately on RPD ch 3 460.325, this was heard from a dispatcher tonight:
"All units use channel 3 for inquiries, channel 2 is broken"

Seems logical, CH 2 should always be secondary dispatch. Ch 3 is usually an inquiry channel (in practical terms not anywhere specific).

Well looks like RPD may just as well be another "endangered scanning species."
