I think that should be Wants and Warrants but I am not sure.

Every list that I've ever seen, official and unofficial, refers to it as "Special Ops", including here. That usually means they need a name for a non-dispatch non-primary channel. It's got a nice ring to it, but there's nothing in any rulebook that says they can't use it for 28's and 29's if there's nothing else going on.

So it's like a Tac/Records channel then. I know they have a car-to-car.
