Pro Tools 10 and Cubase LE 6

Yesterday, I bought a package from Scarlett/Focusrite which had a mic, a Cubase LE6, and headphones. Well I installed all that, but there was no sound coming from my speakers in Pro Tools which must mean it's interfering with ASIO4ALL.
I have to get that going now for a project so how would I fix the issue of no sound? I never used a Cubase before. Thanks.
