453.75 has been active the last few nights with some kind of surveillance ops, sounds like maybe prostitution and/or drug sales. Not sure if they think it's scrambled, that no one knows the freq or just don't give a crap, the traffic is...mmm...shall we say 'interesting'.....

Very busy again tonight. I am right on top of where there are at, so not sure if it's simplex or repeated, but it's interesting.

It's usually downtown or the La Sierra area. Usually on repeater, and I've never heard it scrambled. If they're usung the repeater, listen to 458.75. If they're near you you'll hear them.

RPD ch 5- Your hearing a hooker round up. The detectives mostly work the U street <university ave> the K street <Kansas> the O street <Ottawa>.
Then do the arrest near the dead end of Everton. And yes they do get crazy on the radio.
