dont hear anything, i can listen on my smartphone ,but not on scanner

Where are you located? Are you sure you're at a location that can hear RPD?

Do you hear anything else besides RPD? If you don't hear anything at all, I think it's time for a new scanner. If you pick up other stuff but just not RPD it may be you are too far away. If you are in Riverside, you should be able to pick them up. Are you sure you have the right freqs? There is no PL tone provision on a Pro 95, so it's not that.

Then that's probably it. Like zz and sp said, you're likely out of range. I know the Riverside PD/FD channels cannot be monitored from the desert area so you must be on the east side or something.

Im in corona, able to hear corona pd/fd chino pd , cant get riverside freq. i have are 460.175/460.325

It's because Riv PD is dispatching on CH5 during the dispatch center move.
