Since I have many scanners they are all setup differently but my handhelds that do banks are usually setup with 1-6 being the RSO systems, bank 7 for PD/CHP, bank 8 for Fire/EMS and Bank 9 for Statewide and/or Orange County. Bank 10 is normally setup for Pomona PD, LAPD/LASD or March ARB/aviation.
