Lots of activity on RFD and RPD freqs, rain has caused flooding of homes in N Riverside, the canal at La Cadena and Chase is overflowing into houses, and the transients that live in the river bottom are washing away, resulting in numerous water rescues. SBSO helicopter 40 King is assisting RFD as well as RPD Air 1.

Only the moronic city slickers freak out. You know, the ones that buy homes in a flood zone and then whine when it floods. Or buy a home next to an airport and complain about the airplane noise.

Well my phone gives a cold unsettled weather alert when it's about to rain. See, Southern California is this so-called Paradise Country that people long for. They're all so convinced that it never rains and that they'll immediately go from rags to riches. I think that it's then when the complaining starts.
