Starting tomorrow, December 20th, Support 6 in Blythe (Chuckwalla Mtn) will be converted to RVC Command 4.

Today, it is support 9 being converted to command 9 at whitewater. Support 9 in Blythe will remain for now.

The changes in infrastructure to convert from a simplex support net to a repeated command net are substantial. It would include installation of equipment on the affected mountain tops, programming in all the mobiles and portables, and provision of some sort of access to the dispatch center, depending on how they choose to do it.
