Yup sounds like they are now on MotoTRBO. Heard Spanish on 464.425 suspect this might be new maintenance/housekeeping channel.
463.5125 sounds like the security channel. The good news is that neither was encrypted.

I have been listening to 463.5125 and this is 100% confirmed as the Moreno Valley Mall security channel. It's pretty busy and monitors perfectly with the new DSDPlus program. It also sounds like the security has 2 channels as I heard them goto channel 2. Both were on frequency 463.5125 just in the other TDMA slot.

As for "police" police, they are the Riverside County Sheriff and they use the EDACS radio system on the West. You would also be able to get Jurupa and maybe Corona from Moreno Valley.

Does RSO have a mall cop assigned there, like RPD has the John unit at Tyler Mall? I've never seen an RSO presence there, but I remember a sgt. that got shit-canned that supposedly held that illustrious post when he was a FNG, Just curious, I try to stay well away from Murder Valley unless it's absolutely necessary.
