3rd alarm fire, RFD & CAL Fire working it, RFD Ch-2, RVC Tac 7 & VFire 22 in use.

Now a 4 alarm fire. RFD dispatch advising that before the fire started, shots were heard in the area, then a fire with several people trying to put it out with shovels.
