Mil aviation freqs for Hemet area

I recently moved to Hemet/San Jacinto area, and notice a high volume of military helicopters and V-22 Ospreys flying overhead. I'm assuming they are headed to 29 Palms from Miramar or thereabouts, and vice versa. Does anyone have any freqs to suggest to try and hear them? Or any other mil aviation freqs for this area? Thanks in advance!
