Cal Fire (CDF) frequency guide

Occasionally, official frequency guides pop up on the Internet. For example, see the links in my post at http://www.scanriverside.com/forums/vie ... f=21&t=719

I found the official California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF) guide online at http://www.sonomachiefs.org/home/sonoma ... 20Plan.pdf

There are some occasional inconsistencies in the listings. For example, CDF Riverside County channels RRU 1 (151.385 MHz) and RRU 2 (151.175 MHz) are shown with a repeater output CTCSS tone of 141.3 Hz. The programming guide at the end shows 110.9 Hz as the CTCSS tone.

Good stuff I say.

Maybe Brandon should consider somehow publishing these detailed guides. Hopefully, he will not get in trouble for it though.

The radio call plan is from 2011 and during that time, RRU was going narrowband. This is when RRU also changed the CTCSS. Sometimes, things are missed and wrong info is published. The change probably didn't help during that time.

The radio call plan is for internal use only. There is probably very little in there that someone outside the department doesn't already know or find out from other sources especially with the internet these days. Probably nothing would happen if it is published though.

In addition, the info is a bit too dated because now supports, as we all know, have been replaced by command channels.
