Emergency Action Message on UHF

Heard my first ever EAM on Stratcom 1 311.000 mhz this evening at 2120 PDT. Heard several test counts, weak/readable, then the EAM at 2120, L&C. Did not sound like an airborne source, no a/c background noise.

Nice catch. Caught him earlier on 6697 too w/ EAM message B4GRXP.
