Does anyone know who is using 170.800 NAC 293 in western Riverside County? Thinking it could be USMS or something of that nature.

It sure looks like a federal frequency. I'd search the FCC database.brandon wrote:Does anyone know who is using 170.800 NAC 293 in western Riverside County? Thinking it could be USMS or something of that nature.
Fed stuff isn't in the FCC database, and is not searchable in any other Fed database.cvrules90 wrote:It sure looks like a federal frequency. It might be published in Radio Reference so do the frequency search there.brandon wrote:Perris area. It appears to be simplex as far as I can tell.
Federal agencies are not licensed through the FCC. The National Telecommunications and Information Administration handles that. NTIA frequency assignments are classified.cvrules90 wrote:I didn't know that.
