I'd go 20' with RG8 and lose the RG58 completely. But honestly, 10 feet of elevation isn't going to make a serious difference, and neither is 20 feet of RG58. It takes about a 3 db difference for an untrained observer to notice a slight change. We're talking less change than that.

Probably RG8, lower on the roof. Only because RG8 is better cable and a shorter run of cable will be less signal loss. From the picture, you look to be on sort-of a hill anyway. Could you not find a 20-foot run of RG8? Antenna elevation is a key factor, but given the situation here, I'd say the better cable a little lower on the roof is probably the best option. Also you'll be using the entire run of cable with none to spare.

Your neighbors will probably not call the HOA on you now too...
