E-3 AWACS over I.E. 05/16/2015

USAF E-3C #80-0138 552 ACW, hex code AE11EB, callsign Scout 18 showing on mode S receiver, has been here all morning. Data bursts on 262.80 mhz that I suspect are coming from this plane.
