Didn't have to a chance to listen much so if anyone closer to the city can identify their usage (security, maintenance, Ch #, etc...) that would be awesome.

You may or may not hear much from the hospital. At one time, they used a variety of things... 460 for the private security company that did that stuff, Nextel for hospital staff, county 800 for RSO in the jail ward... I could never keep track, but I do know there's a Nextel BDA in the building, and there may still be a COW in the parking lot.
